    Getting started

    What is IQ Dash?

    One connected platform for professional surveys. You build the questionnaire, collect answers in the field, and the responses flow straight into analysis, dashboards and story boards. No moving files between tools.

    How is it different from a simple form tool?

    Published versions stay durable, field work can run offline with private media, analytics is a separate layer, export is BI-oriented, and the Open API uses stable field keys. Smart Dash then runs the statistical tests on that data.

    Do I need a statistician?

    Analysis that used to need an expert is now one click, for everyone. Valid tests auto-run and each result comes with a clear explanation.

    How do I sign in?

    With a panel account. Self-serve card-based signup is not offered in the current product.

    Surveys and field work

    Can I build the questionnaire elsewhere, for example with Claude or ChatGPT?

    Yes. Write the questionnaire anywhere, including with an AI assistant, then upload it to Smart Form as JSON and start collecting. Already have results? Upload them to Smart Dash for analysis as Excel, CSV, TSV or JSON.

    Can I put a form on my own website or in my product?

    Yes. SMEs and online shops can build a form in Smart Form, place it on their own website or in their product, and follow the insights in Smart Dash as responses come in.

    Can responses be captured offline?

    Yes, on the response link. Answers and media stay in a local queue and sync when connectivity returns.

    What happens if we edit a survey after collection?

    Each publish is a snapshot. Responses bind to that version; later edits do not rewrite it.

    Analysis

    What is Smart Dash?

    Smart Dash is the analysis workspace. It takes Excel, CSV, TSV, JSON, or a Smart Form export and runs the valid tests, with each result explained in a clear sentence.

    Which files can Smart Dash read?

    Excel, CSV, TSV, and JSON, including a Smart Form export. Several files combine into one dataset.

    What is Story Board?

    A narrative report: charts and commentary you can print and take into the meeting. Live dashboards are the separate surface that updates when a new field wave arrives.

    Data, export and security

    Is IQ Dash GDPR compliant?

    Yes. Your data is hosted in the EU, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for every customer, and you can export or permanently delete respondents' data on request.

    How is my data protected?

    Images and audio sit in private storage and open only through time-limited links. Admins sign in separately from respondents, studies can be limited to an authenticated group, exports follow access profiles, and API keys are stored hashed and can be revoked.

    Are image and audio files public?

    No. Storage is private and access uses time-limited links.

    Which export formats exist?

    CSV, Excel, and JSON. Wizard, presets, and profiles; large jobs run asynchronously. Wide labelled export is suited to Excel and SPSS.

    Do you have an Open API?

    Yes, read-only with an API key. List, structure, and responses as JSON or CSV. Writes are not supported on this API.
